Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

qwiqshop is operated by 47 Cloud Ltd. This policy covers data we collect when you use the qwiqshop platform as a merchant. If you are a customer of a qwiqshop store, that store's own privacy policy (linked in their storefront footer) applies to how your order data is used.

2. Data we collect from merchants

• Account information (name, email, store name, subdomain)
• Payment and billing data — handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
• Store content you create: products, images, orders, customer records
• Usage logs (page requests, errors) for debugging and security

3. How we use it

• To provide and operate the qwiqshop service
• To process your subscription via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (store approval, billing receipts)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Third parties

We share data with Stripe (payment processing), your hosting provider (infrastructure), and optionally Parcel2Go and Veeqo if you connect those integrations. Each has its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

Your store data is kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request early deletion by emailing us.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

7. Cookies

qwiqshop uses an HTTP-only session cookie for admin authentication. No analytics or advertising cookies are set by qwiqshop itself.
