1. Overview
qwiqshop is a software-as-a-service ecommerce platform operated by 47 Cloud Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15772256). By creating a store on qwiqshop, you agree to these terms.
2. Your store
You are responsible for the content of your store, including all products, descriptions, images, and pricing. You must not use qwiqshop to sell prohibited items including (but not limited to) illegal goods, digital weapons, counterfeit products, or content that infringes third-party rights.
3. Payments and fees
qwiqshop charges a monthly subscription fee and a per-transaction platform fee as set out on the pricing page. Stripe processes all payments. You are responsible for your own Stripe account, including Stripe's own fees and terms.
4. Cancellation and data
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your store data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods.
5. Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate stores that violate these terms, are the subject of chargebacks or fraud, or are required to be suspended under applicable law.
6. Liability
qwiqshop is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures (including Stripe, Parcel2Go, or Veeqo). Our maximum liability to you in any month is the subscription fee paid in that month.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
